Our magazine was founded exactly because there wasn’t enough of a space in the arts promoting the incredible talent of contemporary emerging artists. Therefore, it is part of our core mission to continue to serve that need and support any who have traditionally felt unwelcome or marginalized in the art world. As a team of writers, we aim to cover fresh, exciting stories about artists of all backgrounds. What originally began as an independent publication focused on the traditional art of painting was strategically rebranded as Create! Magazine to be more inclusive of the spectrum of artistic expression existent today. We as a team are always learning and adapting to new technologies in the field and we proactively pursue partnerships and provide coverage about those who we believe are moving our industry forward.
