Create! Magazine is excited to share the announcement of Sebastian Foster’s 2021 fall print set. The gallery opened in the late 2000s in Austin, Texas, and specializes in well-curated original pieces and art prints. Over the years, it has developed a strong roster of both emerging and established artists whose works represent a broad range of ideas and styles. Although Sebastian Foster has published upwards of 1,000 print editions throughout its tenure, the last time SF produced a fall print set was nearly ten years ago in 2012.

The 2021 fall print set features 19 prints by 19 artists. Most of the artists have been with Sebastian Foster for years and, in fact, were part of the print set in 2012. Those featured are mostly well-established and well-known nationally. Four of them are based in Europe while the rest are scattered across the United States, and include illustrators, printmakers, collage artists, and noted painters. Some of the most recognized names are Grant Haffner, Jeremy Miranda, Jay Ryan, Anne Siems, Graham Franciose, Olaf Hajek, and Sabine Timm.

“There is not a unifying theme for the print set and the artists were intentionally not given much art direction. I know there are often themes and size directions with group efforts but I've always preferred to not give the artists a constraint and would rather they just bring themselves and their work.”
